Terms of Use

Welcome to OnClickHomes. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OnClickHomes website, mobile experience, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, browsing listings, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

  1. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep that information up to date.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  3. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  4. We may require additional verification (such as email or mobile OTP confirmation) before certain account features become available.

3. Property Listings

  1. Users who post property listings ("Listers") are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information they submit, including price, location, photographs, and availability.
  2. OnClickHomes does not own, manage, inspect, or guarantee any property listed on the Platform and is not a party to any transaction, lease, or sale between users.
  3. We reserve the right to review, edit, suspend, or remove any listing that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, applicable law, or is otherwise inappropriate.
  4. Listings must relate to genuine properties available for the stated purpose (sale, rent, or lease) and may not be used to advertise unrelated goods or services.

4. User Responsibilities

  1. Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  2. Conduct independent due diligence — including site visits, document verification, and legal advice where appropriate — before entering into any property transaction.
  3. Communicate respectfully with other users and refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
  4. Keep your contact and profile information accurate so that other users and OnClickHomes can reach you regarding your account or listings.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  1. Post false, misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent listings, reviews, or profile information.
  2. Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to extract data from the Platform without our prior written consent.
  3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data on the Platform.
  4. Upload content that infringes another party's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
  5. Use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial communications.
  6. Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, logos, text, graphics, and underlying software are owned by OnClickHomes or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Content you submit (such as listing photos and descriptions) remains yours, but by posting it you grant OnClickHomes a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or currently available, and we make no representations about the condition, legal status, or value of any property. Property images, area, and pricing are supplied by users and may not reflect the current state of a property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnClickHomes and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on any listing, or any transaction or dispute between users. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

  1. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created risk or legal exposure for OnClickHomes or other users.
  2. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; certain records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
  3. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
